Surgery Facilities Include:

• Disabled Toilet

• Disabled Parking - Spaces for 'Blue Badge' holders are available in the car park
• Parking – There is a large car park at the rear of Bilston Health Centre which can be accessed via Mountford Lane.
• On Site Pharmacy -There is a Pharmacy located within the Health Centre.

Service Update - Changes during Covid Pandemic

The practice continues to provide triage first consultations.

We continue to provide a full range of services.

If you have any health concerns please call the practice before 11am for a traige call. The Practice still remains open for face to face reviews if required.

A care navigator will direct you to the appropriate service, please give our reception staff as much information as possible to enable us to book you with the most appropriate Clinician to help with your needs; a Clinician will call you back for a triage call before booking any face to face appointments

Evenings / Weekends

You can now see a GP or other healthcare professional during:

• weekday evenings between 6.30pm and 8.00pm
• Saturdays and Sundays

Appointments may be available before 6.30pm in some areas.

To book an appointment, talk to your GP practice or visit their website. You may be able to get an appointment on the same day if required.

Depending on your area, you may be offered an appointment at one of these locations:

• your GP practice
• another local GP practice
• another local NHS service - such as a General Practice Hub
