Booking A Routine Appointment
You can book a routine appointment by telephoning 01902 491410 or visiting the practice. You can also use our online services if you are registered for them. You can book your appointment online or on the patient access Emis app.
Reminders are sent via SMS.
Appointments are available 6 weeks in advance to book.
Video & Telephone Appointments Available
You can express a preference to see a particular Clinician and we will try to provide this. Due to availability of doctors this may not always be possible.

Urgent Appointments
The practice offers urgent appointments with both the GP or the Advanced Nurse Practitioner, which are bookable on the day. Contact the practice on 01902 491410.
If you feel you need to be seen urgently, please tell the Receptionist, who will arrange for you to be seen as soon as possible, though not necessarily with the Doctor of your choice. Our Receptionists are under instruction to obtain sufficient information as to whether an urgent appointment is necessary. Please be prepared to give the Receptionist all the information that you may be asked for.

Arriving Late For An Appointment
Please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment or you may be asked to re-book.
Change/Cancelling Appointments
Please notify the practice as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment. We can then offer it to another patient. If you need to cancel your appointment you can call the practice or use the link in your appointment reminder.
If you are no longer able to attend your appointment, or if you wish to change or cancel, please inform reception as soon as possible. You can cancel by replying “cancel” to your text message reminder, online, or by phone.

Home Visits
If you need a home visit from a doctor, please inform the surgery before 10.30am.
Home visits should be only requested when the patient is too ill to attend the practice and could only be moved by ambulance. Non-availability of public transport is not a valid reason for a home visit.
