If you are no longer able to attend your appointment, or if you wish to change or cancel, please inform reception as soon as possible. You can cancel by replying “cancel” to your text message reminder, online, or by phone.

If you need a home visit from a doctor, please inform the surgery before 10.30am.
Home visits should be only requested when the patient is too ill to attend the practice and could only be moved by ambulance. Non-availability of public transport is NOT a valid reason for a home visit.
