I H Medical welcomes compliments, comments and complaints from anyone who uses our services.

As a Practice we are committed to listening to patients, relatives, carers and other visitors to the Practice and always willing to learn from user’s experience of our services.

Were appropriate we will act on any comments received and we will use your feedback to develop and improve our services.

We know that sometimes things can go wrong. Should you wish to complain about any aspect of our services please:

  1. Ask to speak to the Practice Manager who is available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday am. If the Practice Manager is not available please leave contact details (e-mail or telephone) and the Practice Manager will contact you within 3 days; or
  2. Submit a written complaint setting out full details of the matters that concern you.
