National Data Opt Out

You may have seen on the news that the NHS will be using your data to
- Plan and improve health and care services
- Research to find a cure for serious illnesses.
You can opt out of National data sharing using the following link:
https://www.nhs.uk/your-nhs-data-matters/manage-your-choice
Please note you will need your NHS number to complete the opt out process.
You must also complete the Opt out 1 form available at Reception, this must be returned to surgery allowing us to enter your preference to opt out.
Plans are now in place for NHS Digital to extract data from Sept 2021
